The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives.
Hi, I’m Taylor Knepp, LCSW — owner and therapist at New Seasons Counseling Services LLC.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. My practice is grounded in a deep commitment to helping individuals who often feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or left behind by traditional mental health systems. I specialize in working with people navigating personality disorders, chronic emotion dysregulation, and complex behavioral patterns, with advanced certification in personality disorders and extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to shrink yourself to be accepted. Whether you've been labeled as "too much," struggled to find the right fit with a therapist, or have felt pushed out of care due to the intensity of your emotions or behavior—you belong here.
My approach is compassionate, structured, and nonjudgmental. I use evidence-based practices like DBT to provide both practical tools and deep emotional support, helping clients build stability, insight, and self-worth. I see therapy as a collaborative process where your lived experience is central to the work we do together.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a range of settings—from crisis intervention and community mental health to private practice—giving me a well-rounded understanding of the systems people often feel lost in. That’s why I’ve built New Seasons Counseling Services to be a place where you can experience high-quality, consistent care without fear of being misunderstood or dismissed.
You are not broken. You are not too much. You are worthy of skilled, compassionate care.
If you're ready to start a new chapter, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Therapy Approaches
Self- Reflection
Self-reflection is a vital part of the therapeutic process—it allows us to slow down, examine our thoughts, emotions, and patterns, and begin to understand the "why" behind what we do.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a core therapeutic tool that helps us stay present, observe our internal experiences without judgment, and respond—rather than react—to what’s happening in the moment.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a highly effective, evidence-based treatment designed to help individuals who experience intense emotions, impulsive behaviors, and unstable relationships.
Trauma Informed Care
Trauma-informed care means that I understand how difficult or painful experiences in your past—like trauma or overwhelming events—can affect how you feel, think, and act today. Instead of focusing on what’s “wrong” with you, trauma-informed care focuses on what happened to you and how that might still be impacting your life.
Let's Talk
The first step in therapy is talking. Let's find a time where we can meet and talk about what's on your mind.
